NEW - FLAT-SCREENS WASHING MACHINE mod. LARIS UM TT

Introduction

The "LARIS UM" machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel to wash and dry printing flat-screen in sequence.
"LARIS UM" machines are composed of a number of modules that can be hooked; thanks to the combination of the modules you are able to find the right solution to the problems of cleaning with high performance.

All modules are equipped with No. 4 supporting feet and leveling Ø 80 stainless steel-polyamide, load-capacity Kg. 1500 each ..

The main features are: conveyor chain screen-support with variable speed, washing with movable macro-nozzlesrunning along the vertical axis of the flat-screen.

The main advantages are: exploitation of the kinetic energy of impact of the water on a limited area ensuring a perfect washing of the screens, macro-nozzles which do not jet jammed or clogged up, minimum water consumption and minimum maintenance requirements thanks to the particularity of the movable nozzles.

Drying with high flow radial fan and low pressure at ambient air with inclined blades

The machine is equipped of a PLC programmer controller with relative software of operation; the CPU has a peripheral door that allows to connect an other device of programming.

Machines to solve specific color-pigment polymerization problems, with the addition of "SD" modules.
