Cleaning and drying machine for printing screens LARIS UM MAG U

The LARIS UM machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can wash and dry printing screens in series.

The main characteristics are: conveyor belt for printing screens with variable speed and braking device to lengthen the cleaning time of the edges of the screen, cleaning with mobile macro-nozzles with an action along the vertical axis of the printing screen, helicoidal brush which works on the rear surface of the screen and spraying tube with bladed nozzles, drying area with high-pressure atmospheric air radial fan.

The main advantages are: exploitation of the kinetic energy generated by the impact of the water on a limited area (ref. Macro-nozzles), ensuring a perfect washing of the screens, macro-nozzles which do not jet jammed or clogged up, minimum water consumption and minimum maintenance requirements thanks to the particularity of the movable nozzles.

The machine is equipped of a PLC programmer controller with relative software of operation; the CPU has a peripheral door that allows to connect an other device of programming.

Washing box stainless steel AISI 304, with door for inspections and close bottom to discharge water.

• Conveyor belt in stainless steel for the screens controlled by a strong geared motor with inverter.  Slacking device for the conveyor belt to have a more intense washing in the edges of the screen.
• Vertically movable macro-nozzles in front of the screen.
• Pipe with water spraying nozzles and rotary brush on the back of the screen.
• Drying section  formed by a double air knives in function "sandwich" on the screen, centrifugal fan at high pressure with environment air; soundproof structure.
• Soundproof inside box.
• Automatic exit screens storage, device of displacement trolley with automatic search “screen”, of the position “empty” in exit, with possibility of moving in front and back.
