COMPOSITION:

ENTRY TROLLEY  Entry screens storage, device of displacement with automatic search “screen”.

WASHING section

• Washing box stainless steel AISI 304, with transparent door for inspections front and back.
• Conveyor belt in stainless steel for the screens controlled by a strong geared motor with inverter. 
• Slacking device for the conveyor belt to have a more intense washing in the perimeters of the screen.
• Vertically movable macro-nozzles in front of the screen.
• Pipe with water spraying nozzles and rotary brush on the back of the screen..

SCOURING section

Brushes nozzles opposite movable  in function "sandwich" double opening on the screen for a uniform distribution and rational of the detergent due to the automatic recognition of the screen’s size.

RINSING section

EXIT TROLLEY Exit screens storage, device of displacement with automatic search “empty”.

DEVICE H₂O RECOVERY through: FILTRATION WITH DOUBLE FILTER AT « MANCHE » in stainless steel AISI 304.
