Cleaning and drying machine for printing screens LARIS UM

The LARIS UM machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can vertically wash and dry printing screens in series.

The main characteristics are: conveyor belt for printing screens with variable speed and braking device to lengthen the cleaning time of the edges of the screen, cleaning with mobile macro-nozzles with an action along the vertical axis of the printing screen, helicoidal brush which works on the rear surface of the screen and spraying tube with bladed nozzles, drying area with high-pressure atmospheric air radial fan.

The main advantages are: exploitation of the kinetic energy generated by the impact of the water on a limited area (ref. Macro-nozzles), ensuring a perfect washing of the screens, macro-nozzles which do not jet jammed or clogged up, minimum water consumption and minimum maintenance requirements thanks to the particularity of the movable nozzles.

Optional features: LARIS UM MAG U machine with storage of cleaned screens leaving the machine, LARIS UM MAG EU machine with storage of dirty screens entering the machine & storage of cleaned screens leaving the machine, recovery system device with self-cleaning filter.

The machine is equipped of a PLC programmer controller with relative software of operation; the CPU has a peripheral door that allows to connect an other device of programming.

LARIS UM-DS: with sponge-unit

 

The screens washing machine LARIS UM DS is been planned to solve the problem of clogging of the microholes of the screen from the colour.

The LARIS UM DS is composed by a section of washing and a section of rinsing and drying, with the automatic movable sponge-unit with detergent between them.

Then the first phase of washing, the screen goes through the sponge-unit: the operation is made on the both sides of the screen and with the system of movable nozzles the detergent is distributed only in the area defined by the system of reading of the screen's height. At the end the screen is rinsed and dried in the last unit.

The main advantages are: Maximum washing capacity and perfect cleaning of the screen, minimum consumption and minimum maintenance requirements thanks to the particularity of the movable nozzles, elimination of the waste of time, because of the fully automation of the machine.

The machine is equipped of a PLC programmer controller with relative software of operation; the CPU has a peripheral door that allows to connect an other device of programming and of a serial door RS232-C for one consul of access-visualization to the job data and diagnostic-alarms.
