System of drying brushing for carpet of mansard

System of brushing to maintain clean the carpet of the mansard at the same time of the phase of print.

Advantages:

• No stop print's machine.
• Clean without any liquid but clean only with rotation brushes at dry. Thank to the dry principle there is a save of time and a save of power.
• This principle allow to clean the mansard carpet and of increase the life of itself.
• Maintenance: The cost of the two circular brushes is more inferior than the cost of a traditional cylindrical brushes on all the length of the carpet.

The machine is composed from no.2 circular-frontal brushes with movement of rotation and translation. The movement is synchronize with the carpet of the mansard. Exhaust fan for the residual produced by the brushing.
