Emulsifiers at propeller STAR - BIG capacity

The dyestuff emulsifiers are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Helicocentrifugal impeller with baffles stator, with two direction of rotation. Shaft with  mechanical tightness two-direction. Deflection disk adjustable in  high. 

Inverter, speed regulation, 500 : 2800 g/i. 

The principle of work of our mixer is based on the continuos ascent vertical mixing, i.e. the product starting from the propeller, goes through the stator with a “cutting effect” with the elimination of the clots, goes up to the deflector disk which conveys the product to the lateral wall of the container.
